Total Software Solutions, Inc. (TSS) is a global leading provider of Operational and Business Support Systems (OSS/BSS). With corporate headquarters in Tampa, Florida, TSS was founded in 1996 by veterans of the telecommunications industry who also served as the architects for the first Wireless Roaming Data Clearinghouse. With compliance for a majority of wireless network elements in operation worldwide, SAS70/SSAE16 Approved and over 300 implementations in operation, we specialize in 2G, 3G and 4G OSS/BSS solutions. Our primary customer base includes mobile operators and enterprise service providers that require OSS/BSS solutions for CDMA, GSM, LTE and WiFi networks.

TSS offers both licensed based and managed services solutions. Most of our customers elect our managed services solutions suite where we provide all of the necessary hardware, infrastructure, administration and operations. Instead of investing in licensing, utilizing our managed services can be classified as an operational expense for accounting purposes enabling the customer to focus their capital expenditures on growing their business. Our pricing is among the most cost-effective in the industry, our service and support is unmatched, and our commitment to our customers is our top priority.
