Friday, April 11, 2003 - Mike Browne, President and CEO of Total Software Solutions (TSS) is pleased to announce the commercial use of the TRECS system in support of Verisign's SPEEDSUITE Billing and Customer Care System.

TSS was requested to provide a cost-effective billing solution for VeriSign with TRECS Total Roamer Exchange Control System. TRECS' functionality provides VeriSign's biilling and Customer Care System SPEEDSUITE with the ability to process all current wireless industry roamer formats (CIBERNET and TADIG standards) in one system.

TRECS substantially reduces the time to market for new services and lowers the cost of development and maintenance associated with multiple billing record formats. All validation of current wireless record formats (CIBER and TAP), reporting, auditing, inter-carrier clearing, conversions and revenue assurances are performed by TRECS. The additional capabilities for processing roamer records provided by TRECS will significantly enhance and protect revenues for VeriSign's billing clients.

With wireless operators now implementing GSM/GPRS overlays on their CDMA/TDMA networks, they are able to increase their roamer revenue position by using both GSM and CDMA technologies. The ability of one billing system to handle multiple billing records is crucial for today's wireless operators. With TSS TRECS complementing VeriSign's Billing and Customer Care System SPEEDSUITE, this ability is now available.
