Tuesday, September 5, 2000 - Michael A. Browne, President and CEO of TSS Total Software Solutions, Inc. is proud to announce the addition of THOR© to the TSS product line. The "Total HOt Rater" is a carrier's solution for real time hot rating of chargeable events.

Transaction processing includes; duration based, events based, fixed charge, volume based (incoming), volume based (outgoing), and volume based total. As with all TSS products, THOR© maintains data integrity and security, complies with industry and client standards, and provides data error and deviations reporting.

THOR© written in Visual Basic and C++ is compatible with NT, HP, UNIX and mainframe products.

TSS and THOR© can be part of a carrier's solution that requires rating services that are flexible, reliable and real time.

Tuesday, June 20, 2000 - Mike Browne, President and CEO of Total Software Solutions (TSS) is please to announce that H.O. Systems has selected Roamer/Convert to convert and process roamer records for their GSM carriers.

Recently H.O. Systems, a leading provider of billing, customer care and e-business solutions to the telecommunications industry, moved their highly coveted products and services into the GSM arena with the recent signing of Iowa Wireless, an extremely successful GSM carrier.

H.O. Systems selected TSS to provide the application software, Roamer/ Convert, and the technical expertise in processing roamer records according to the GSM (TADIG) standards. H.O. Systems will utilize Roamer/Convert© to translate TAP3 roamer record formats to and from their own priority record formats for billing.

H.O. Systems is expected to begin processing for GSM carriers in September 2000.

Roamer/Convert© is the intercontinental solution for sending and receiving roamer records in multiple formats. The ability to receive records in any format and report or send files on to your roaming partner in their desired format is a must in the world of international roaming. This product now provides that ability. Record conversion for TAP to CIBER and CIBER to TAP are also available. Roamer/Convert©, written in Visual Basic and C++, is compatible with NT, HP, UNIX and mainframe products.

Tuesday, March 22, 2000 - Mike Browne, President and CEO of Total Software Solutions (TSS) is please to announce the availability of the TSS "TAP3 Decoder". The TAP3 Decoder was developed to translate TAP3 files to and from user-friendly readable files for internal processing of the new TADIG record format. TSS proposes the TAP3 Decoder as part of a carrier's TAP3 Solution.

The Decoder was developed to translate data to and from TAP3 ASN.1 cryptic files to user-friendly readable files. Once files are translated into our format, the TAP3 data is readily accepted into standard processing models.

After several months of research, TSS Senior Architects developed these user-friendly formats and translation programs as part of the TSS suite of roamer exchange products. The use of this Decoder has proven to be very effective. Our process ensures quick deployment, readable files that simplify development as well as testing and interfacing of data with legacy systems. TSS is confident that the TAP3 Decoder is the best solution for processing of new TAP3 files. The TSS TAP3 Decoder is a collection of programs that translates data to and from TAP3 ASN.1 cryptic files into user-friendly readable files.

These programs were developed and tested by TSS for their suite of Roamer Exchange Products. The programs are written in object-oriented C++ and will perform well on most platforms.

Roamer/Formatter was developed for billing vendors and carriers wishing to preserve proprietary CDR formats, as they grow their intercontinental roaming markets.

Roamer/Formatter is the intercontinental solution for sending and receiving roamer records in multiple formats while preserving the integrity and continuity of existing CDR formats. Roamer/Formatter design assures to capture all of the essential data a carrier requires from any of the major TADIG and CIBERNET record formats, including TAP3. This is accomplished through the use of customized databases and the carriers own CDR format.

Roamer/Formatter, written in C++, is compatible with NT, HP, UNIX and mainframe products. Roamer/Formatter is available as a "plug and play" application software, or part of TRECS (Total Roamer Exchange Control System).
