TSS is a young, robust organization whose staff employs decades of aggregate expertise in the telecommunications industry. History
Total Software Solutions, Inc was founded by Michael A. Browne in July 1996. His vision was to amass seasoned professionals that would be able to supply technical and business solutions for the telecommunications industry through experienced development and support teams. The company name, Total Software Solutions, Inc (TSS) is the herald of Mr. Browne's vision.

Mr. Browne, having worked as a consultant in the industry for over 20 years, was well versed in identifying key elements that comprised successful IT organizations. His technical knowledge coupled with his ability to identify and recruit extraordinarily talented people allowed him the opportunity to quickly build a research and development team that would build software for their first contract with BellSouth International.

The demand of this assignment dictated that TSS would build GSS (Global Settlement Solution) for BellSouth's soon-to-be-established Roamer Clearinghouse and that the complete solution be ready for turn-over within five months. TSS took to the challenge before BellSouth had begun staffing the new organization. TSS initially developed the business requirements and acted as consultants to the targeted first clients. Remarkably, the approved software was delivered and accepted in four months.

With the first contract experience successfully under their belt, TSS began defining the direction of our product line. The growing use of cellular phones and the expanding need for viable software solutions for the escalating global market place led TSS to the development of their suite of Roamer Clearing Solutions. Drawing on over a century of cumulative experience in related technologies, these products were developed using proven methods in technical solutions, making their software compatible with all the preferred platforms while accommodating real time processing, large volume, user appreciated on-lines and designer reporting.

Early on TSS knew that people make the difference in products and services. This understanding led to the development of consulting services that would be a vital part of their service offering. Today, TSS enjoys an excellent portfolio that includes people and products as they continue to provide consulting services for world class IT shops throughout the industry
